The apartment (24hours doorman) is in the financial & goverment zone - the historic & cultural part of Asunción, full of restaurants, bars and monuments. Nearly everything is walking distance. The house is situated in one of the safest areas of Asuncion direct in front of the relaxing park "Plaza Uruguaya", where other class hotels are, for example just 100m apart from it is the 4-star hotel "Sabe Center Hotel". In addition, 3 min to the migracion office (Migraciones), 5 min to the nacional bank of Paraguay (BNF) etc.
The apartment has 65 square meters/700 sq ft and is in a high floor. So nearly mosquito free :-) You have the whole apartment for your own, which is fully furnished. It includes wasching maschine, bed linen and towels and a fast & stable WiFi/internet and a fully equiped kitchen. It has one bedroom with air conditioning/heating & fan, one living room with air conditioning/heating & fan, one kitchen, one bathroom and a balcony with a wonderful view. In the one room (the bedroom) are two separated boxspring beds, which could be put together to a double bed (160cmx195cm). In the second room (the living room) is one single bed, which has an additional bed to take off (see picture), thus two people can sleep separetly. The kitchen table offers space for 4 people.
The apartment was renovated completely resently. Everything is included - no extra fees (e.g. for wasching maschine, electricity, gas, fast Wifi, bed linen or towels etc.). For a period more than 4 weeks, a monthly cleaning / maid service is included. On request, a cleaning of the apartment can be booked with additional costs for a rental less than 4 weeks.
Check-in / Check-out:
Check-out is 12.00 a.m.. Depending on the availability, you can do a late check-out, but this has to be discussed beforehand. An early check-in is possible if the apartment is not occupied by another guest - otherwise the check-in is from 16.00 p.m. onwards possible. A very late check-in is also possible, without any additional costs. Please ask beforehand, if your desired check-in /check-out time differs from the above mentioned times.
It is possible to park the car for about 55 USD per month (or just for a few days) on a closed parking space near to the house (5 minutes walk) .
The apartment is ideal for children. Right in front of the building is a playground for children in the park "Plaza Uruguaya". Children counts as a person. Please announce the age before booking request.
