Our place - nicknamed The Sleeping Elephant - is a traveller, backpacker and digital-nomad friendly cosy houseshare in the heart of Cocody in Abidjan. This ad is for one of a total of three rooms available in the house. Long term and short term guests are welcome! We are a Swedish-Ivorian couple who have travelled extensively throughout Africa, and using our experience we have tried to set up a little oasis in Abidjan for travellers to use as a home away from home. We have tried to create a social atmosphere, with multiple common rooms and areas, including a lovely terrace with an outdoor kitchen and bar, the perfect place to relax with a well-chilled drink after a hot day in the city. We offer the most stable wifi available we could find in the Ivory Coast, and in the rare case it's down we have a back-up wifi.
